information about renting

  • $1,500 damage and cleaning deposit required.
  • $500 minimum up to 50% of rental due at time of reservation. Non-refundable. Deposit may be transferred to a future rental if booking is canceled within 7 days of bookings start date.
  • No smoking of any kind.
  • Some pet availability for 2023 in specific units – fees apply.
  • Any towing must be approved in advance – fees apply.
  • 4-7 night minimum rental -Big discounts for more than 2 weeks
  • No return or pick up on Sunday
  • $149 prep fee charged for all motorhome rentals, includes a walk thru and normal septic supplies.
  • Return with empty holding tanks and the $99 sanitation fee is waived.
  • No charge for Rock Chips in the windshield.
  • No charge for insurance (25+ years old) it’s included. Supplemental Liability Coverage is recommended for clients with no or limited personal coverage.
  • No charge for your first tank of propane.
  • No additional charge for the first two hours of clean up.
  • All rates subject to change until booked. We reserve the right to charge more for events or uses we deem to cause more wear or increased risk to our RV´s.
  • $149 Prep fee charged for all rentals includes 2 hours clean up on return, up to one tank of propane and all RV TP and tank chemicals.
  • 1-week minimum rental over Holiday weekends. Active military and DV discounts – Please Ask.
  • Engine Fuel $8.00 per gallon
  • Sanitation fee (tanks dump – rinse) $99.00
  • Wash and Vacuum included in rental other detail services $50 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
  • Proof of insurance will be requested at the time of booking but is typically not required as we do carry WA State minimum coverages on our fleet.
  • More units may be added between May 15 – Sept 15 as bookings fill up.

In addition to our normal cleaning we are utilizing commercial Ozone generators to sanitize the RV’s prior to pick up.  This does impact pick up and drop off times as well as increase each unit’s time between rentals.  Same day rentals are simply not possible and most Monday pick-ups in season are out as well because most of the rentals return Monday am.

2020 had more clients requesting their four legged family members be allowed travel with them.  We also have clients more concerned than ever about cleanliness and allergens. We go the mile with our motorhomes and guarantee all of our units to be pristine before you rent. We clean and sanitize after every customer. With that being said we are going to allow pets (fee applies)  but only in 4 of the RV’s in our fleet, and they will be booked on a first come basis.  We will make every effort to inform renters we are scheduling in a pet designated unit that may not be 100% allergen free.  Please let us know If you are sensitive to allergens and we will not put you in one of these designated units.

Our reservation deposits are non-refundable. They are transferable (once) to a future booking within 18mos without penalty provided that we have been given one week notice prior to the scheduled start date of the rental.  In the event of a positive covid test for someone traveling with you, with proof of testing positive you can cancel up to 48 hours in advance and still get a transferable deposit.

  • One Way Rentals – Yes we can.  No its not free (or cheap).  One way fees : SFO about $1200, Dallas $2500 Ask for a quote if this doesn’t change your mind.
  • Bedding:  Please bring adequate bedding for your trip, mostly standard sizes. We feel it provides us the opportunity to lower our prices as well as provide a more comfortable experience for our customers. If you need to know sizes please don’t hesitate to ask.
  • Kitchen Kits| 150 per week, 50 each addl.
  • Bike Racks:   Yours in our 2” hitch = free (installed here).  Ours 3 – 4 bikes $35 for your whole trip.
  • Kayak Rack: Not available.
  • Smoking in the RV – OF ANY FLAVOR.
  • Snowy mountain passes with traction tires advised or other restrictions.
  • Travel to Mexico.
  • Burning Man.
  • Renting without the damage deposit paid prior to departure.
  • Off Road: Desert races, sand dunes, unimproved or forest service roads – please rent elsewhere.

Not often allowed:

  • Rentals shorter than 4 days.  Additional fees will apply.
  • Towing: special approval can be obtained most of the time, fee(s) apply.
  • Travel on Alaskan – Canadian Hwys. Please ask and we may be able to accommodate depending on destination.
  • Use of the RV for transporting goods.
